JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 Though, the learned counsel for the petitioners is not present, but the learned counsel for the Biscomaun submits that the present petition can be disposed of with a direction upon the respondent Biscomaun to clear the arrears of salary as well as current salary in a chronological order as per various directions of this Court.
In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction upon the respondent Biscomaun to examine the claim of the petitioners herein and grant payment of arrears of salary/ current salary in accordance with the chronological order being maintained by the Biscomaun as and when the turn of the petitioners herein comes. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
