Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 498A,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Wife of this petitioner died in unnatural circumstances after 20 years of her marriage. Allegation is that her murder was committed as the petitioner was carrying some illicit relation with some other lady.

Submission is that in fact due to some family dispute, the victim committed suicide by jumping down from the roof of the house in the absence of the petitioner and grown up children of the deceased have not been examined by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39384 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 police who were ready to disclose the truth of the case. Petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no direct evidence against the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jale Police Station Case No.180 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
