2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 77 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with one Ravi Kumar Sah has kidnapped the victim.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and other coaccused Ravi Kumar Sah has already been granted bail from this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42150 of 2023(3) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 Hon'ble Court by order dated 17.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56232 of 2022.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 17.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56232 of 2022, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 77 of 2022.
