29-08-2018 Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Narendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Two petitioners, who are in custody, have prayed for grant of bail in Special Case No. 02 of 2018, arising out of Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 334 of 2017, registered for offence under Sections 302, 307, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that postmortem report was not available and as such, he was not in a position to bring on record the same.

However, on going through the F.I.R., it is evident that against both the petitioners, there is allegation of giving assault to the son of the informant, who died.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49364 of 2018(3) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
