2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirpanti P.S. Case No. 543 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238 of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a woman and no substantive evidence has been found against her for the murder of the deceased whose dead body was found and the FIR was registered against unknown persons.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 6.12.2024.

5. The petitioner was having illicit relationship with the deceased. The co-accused Sadanand Mandal threatened the petitioner and asked to get Rs. 1,00,000/- from the deceased. Thereafter the petitioner went to Pirpainti Bazar with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40200 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 deceased where the petitioner has called Sadanand Mandal, Rajesh Paswan, Sanjay Paswan, Vrish Yadav and Md. Mussadik who came there and demanded Rs. 1,00,000/- from the deceased who refused to pay the same and thereafter the accused persons tortured the deceased and killed him.

6. From the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner was forced to call the accused persons for demanding Rs. 1,00,000/- and there the five accused persons brutally killed the deceased.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Pirpanti P.S.
