JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 Following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application:- a.

To direct the respondent no.2 to cancel the appointment of the respondent no.7 which has been made on compassionate ground after the death of the father of the petitioner and appoint the petitioner in his place or in the alternative to direct the respondents to grant the pensionary and other benefits received after the death of

b.

To direct the respondent no.2 to produce the affidavit on stamp paper which is alleged to be a no objection from the petitioner for the appointment of the respondent no.7 on compassionate grounds and also to produce the appointment letter of the respondent no.7.

c.

To direct the respondent no.1, 4 and 5 to consider the various representations given by the petitioner with regard to his ancestral property which has already been partitioned in the Gram Nayalaya but the respondent no.6 in connivance of the respondent no.7 wants to grab the entire property.

Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation before the Respondent no.2, i.e. District Education Officer, Patna,
