Ejaz Akhtar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Abhishek Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No. 2 and Mr. Nityanand, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 210 (c) of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Both the parties have jointly informed that they have reconciled their matrimonial relationship outside the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43777 of 2024(4) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 amicably and both the parties, who are husband and wife, are living together.

5. Considering the aforesaid information given on behalf of both the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M- Ist, Danapur, Patna/ successor Court, in connection with Complaint Case No. 210 (c) of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The bail application stands disposed of.
