For direction upon the respondent authority for re-evaluation of General knowledge paper of the petitioner, in the written test of Advertisement No.01 of 2007, which was held for the post of Principal in Govt. & Project Girls High Schools, held by the B.P.S.C.

on 07.12.2013.

For stay of selection process of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12802 of 2014 (2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 Advertisement no.01/2007 of the competitive examination for the post of Principal in Govt. & Project Girls High Schools held by the B.P.S.C. during the pendency of the Writ application.

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, there is no provision of re-evaluation under any Statute or Guideline of the State Government. Hence, I find no merit in the present writ application.
