JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and she is languishing in jail custody since 25.02.2016 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, deceased died within one year of her marriage but the first information report reflects that allegation of illegal demand is against father-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23709 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 51 of 2016.
