By order dated 31.07.2018, the petitioner was directed to be released from Nari Niketan, Purnea on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Juvenile Justice Board, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case has yet not been transferred to the Juvenile Justice Board, Purnea and the records are pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea. Though, it does not make any difference with respect to the name of the institution but in any view of the matter, the order dated 31.07.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to be released from the short stay home (Alpawas Grih) on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017.

The order dated 31.07.2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Henceforth, only the corrected order shall be uploaded.
