Admittedly, the impugned order dated 11.02.2014 passed by the respondent D.C.L.R., Phulparas in Misc. Case No.3 of 2013-14 is appealable.

The learned State counsel has pointed out that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the District Collector, Madhubani, which is still pending.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has fairly conceded that the appeal is still pending. In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner either to purse the
