The petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainti P. S. Case No. 12 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code..

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. There is no any direct allegation again her. Mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that daughter of informant had gone to attend call of nature on 17.1.2018. She has been been killed. The informant has raised suspicion against this petitioner and other accused persons as named in the written report.

The police has recorded confessional statement of this petitioner. It is mentioned in the impugned order that as per para 30 of the case diary knife which was used in the occurrence was recovered from the house of co-accused Laddu Sah.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.1.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Pirpainti P. S. Case No. 12 of 2018 , S.T. No. 500 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
