This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 17.9.2014 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Cr. Misc. No. 111 of 2014, whereby he has refused to cancel the anticipatory bail granted tyo the accused persons by order dated 3.10.2012 and 6.10.2012 passed in ABP No. 2046 of 2012 in Amnour PS Case No. 79 of 2012. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused persons after signing the compromise did not pay the amount on the basis the compromise, so the anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43882 of 2014 (2) dt.16-10-2017 granted to them are liable to be cancelled.

The Court does not find any cogent ground for cancellation of the anticipatory bail to the accused persons who are opposite parties in this application. There is no any allegation of misusing any privilege of bail, tampering with the evidence or threatening the witnesses. The anticipatory bail was granted considering the compromise reached between the parties and it is not that any compromise was not filed. So, this application stands dismissed.
