2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 313 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have blackmailed the victim by threatening to circulate her obscene photographs and videos.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2026 and it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the Court below afresh and if the informant supports the compromise in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42308 of 2026(2) dt.29-06-2026 2/2 the Court below then the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 313 of 2023.

6. It is made clear that if the informant does not supports the factum of compromise then appropriate orders shall be passed by the Court below.
