Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case itself, petitioner is owner of a garage and stolen motorcycle was brought to the garage of petitioner by co-accused. No doubt, some parts of motorcycles are said to have been recovered from the garage of the petitioner but taking into consideration the above stated facts as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on
