====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

Allegation is that the informant along with his driver friend had come to Jehanabad by his truck to unload wheat seeds and after unloading the same, when he was returning to Ahmadabad, he was apprehended by accused persons and the accused persons looted various articles from his possession. The FIR is said to have been lodged against unknown persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been wrongly implicated in the present case, there has been no recovery from his possession, no TIP has taken place

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33730 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 and the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Parasbigha P.S.
