2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.177 of 2015 dated 25.08.2015 instituted under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and his brother is of misrepresenting for supply of construction materials for the house of the informant and taking Rs.10,83,000/- and when the materials were not supplied, four cheques totalling Rs.10,83,000/- issued by the petitioner and his brother were not

4. Having gone through the materials and pleadings on record and the allegations made in the First Information Report, the Court does not find it a fit case for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
