Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Patepur Police Station Case No. 179 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order contained in Annexure 1. From the report of the court below dated 17.4.2021 it appears that summons have been issued for ensuring appearance of rest two accused persons and the record is on appearance stage and pending for commitment.

Considering the fact that petitioner is the husband of the deceased who died within seven years of her marriage at her sasural under unnatural circumstance, and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as
