Petitioner in the present case is seeking quashing of the order dated 14.05.2014 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna by which he has taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in a case arising out of Barh P.S.Case No.93 of 2013 dated 02.05.2013.
