Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patna Junction Police Station Case No. 226 of 2019 (Special Case No. 4199 of 2019), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall
