2. The writ petition had been filed assailing the order of dismissal of the petitioner. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an order has been passed to reinstate them but formal order has not been issued on the ground of pendency of the present case before this Court.

3. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.

4. However, it will be open to the petitioner to assail any order which may be passed at the time of his joining which may be
