The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.512 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that petitioner has kidnapped the wife and daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail for seven months.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
