Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2016. The report of the learned trial judge reveals that out of nine only two prosecution witnesses have been examined up-till now. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and undertaking of the petitioner that he shall fully co-operate with the trial and shall not indulge in tampering of the evidence etc., let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
