2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 117(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, two accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury on his neck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact the occurrence took place on a trivial issue, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025.
