Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 394 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first information report has been lodged against unknown and petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has remained in custody in this case for more than a year.
