====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution is that while the informant and his wife were going on the road, some persons arrived there and snatched golden chain from the neck of the wife of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown persons and the petitioners have been wrongly implicated upon the confessional statement of a coaccused Manjoor Alam, although no recovery has been made from

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail.
Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2017.
It is further directed that upon being enlarged on bail, the petitioners shall make their attendance before the concerned police station on every Monday of the week at 10 A.M. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) BTiwary/- U T
