This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barbigha (Keoti O.P.) P.S. Case No.482 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 of the POCSO Act.

From the impugned order of the Court below, it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge - cumExclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha (Keoti O.P.)
