Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2016 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Accusation is of murder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no direct allegation against this petitioner rather the specific allegation is against one Bhumi Sharma. No witnesses have supported the implication of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is in custody for the last seven months.

Learned A.P.P. on the other hand opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51647 of 2016 (3) dt.13-02-2017 bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
