In view of the statement made in paragraph no. 6 of the 2nd supplementary counter affidavit, it appears that almost all the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. Regarding remaining amount on account of 6th pay revision, it has been indicated that the said amount was to be paid in three installments and two installments have already been paid and

Patna High Court CWJC No.12963 of 2006 (15) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 remaining 45% shall be paid immediately after allocation of fund from the State Government.

In view of specific statement made in paragraph no. 6 of the 2nd supplementary counter affidavit, there is no need to keep the matter pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of with expectation that immediately after receipt of fund from the State Government the University shall make payment of the remaining amount forthwith.
