The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner and other accused persons having committed loot of motorcycle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case, as also he is languishing in custody since 18.3.2019. It is submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in one other case, but he is on bail in the said case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of cash security for the purposes

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on bail, subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with the Nazarat of Purnea Civil Court whereupon the petitioner shall be released on bail on such conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019.

The present petition is disposed of.
