Petitioner is accused in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 465 of 2018/S.Tr. No. 182 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on 11.09.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 36878 of 2019 on merit. Further, it is also submitted that the fresh ground of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 27.12.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction
