Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 and other sections of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, specific allegation of kidnapping is against co-accused Amol Ram. The so petitioners are alleged to have abused, assaulted and ousted the informant when she went to the house of the accused persons to enquire about the missing girl. Petitioner no. 4 is the nanad of informant whereas petitioner no. 3 is her husband. Petitioner no. 2 is the daughter of petitioner no. 3 whereas petitioner no. 1 is the

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has not named these petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
