Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2016 in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this due to village politics. In fact the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and mere on confession of co-accused this petitioner has been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no connection with any unlawful organization. Neither the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. nor anything incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last six months. Moreover, the co-accused, Manish Singh @ Manish Kumar Singh, has already been granted bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4165 of 2017 (3) dt.28-02-2017 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7187 of 2017. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.
