2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.
3. As per the prosecution case, 55 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the hut of the petitioner.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 15.4.2024. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal history.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 01, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at East Champaran Muffasil Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
