2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 23(1) of the P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the complaint petition has been lodged by the Chief Medical Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur and criminal case has been filed against 3 organizations and their operators under Section 23(1) of the P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence.

No.48674 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/3 Counsel submits that on the complaint filed, cognizance was taken, treating this complaint as an official complaint under the provisions of the P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act. Counsel submits that the petitioners are the owner of the Sanjivni Janch Ghar and Sahara Janch Ghar.
5. From the contents of the F.I.R., it is clear that during the inquiry, the lab was found closed. Counsel submits that at the time of inspection, the said Janch Ghars were running by virtue of a valid registration which was extended time to time and during the period, complaint has been filed and license was running and it was not lapsed.
6. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the antecedent of the petitioners are clean. Counsel further submits that petitioners are the law abiding citizens and they are ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon them by the Court.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
8. In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6
