Case no. 21/2009, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. However, the alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute and none has sustained any injury in the present case.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
