The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhawpur P.S. Case No. 08/2002/G.R. no. 146/2002, registered for the offences punishable under Section 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific allegation that the petitioner kidnapped minor girl of the informant.

The petitioner moved before this Hon'ble Court for anticipatory bail only after thirteen years of the offence. On this ground alone, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

No.44945 of 2015 (4) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
