Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is younger brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. The husband of the victim faced trial separately which has resulted in his conviction. Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2019.

Submission is that petitioner is victim of over implication.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38571 of 2020(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ramgarh Police Station Case No.240 of 2016(giving rise to Sessions Trial No.287 of 2019) with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
