This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for restoration of Cr.Rev. No. 942 of 2015, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.08.2016 whereby notice was issued to the opposite party no.2 for which requisite was to be filed within one week. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conducting lawyer did not inform the petitioner about the order passed by the Court and as such the order could not be complied with. On query as to whether any complaint has been made against the conducting lawyer before the Bar Council, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such complaint has been made till

Apparently, a frivolous plea has been taken by the petitioner in the present case, which has been filed after more than a year of dismissal of the revision application. In that view of the matter, the application for restoration of Cr.Rev. No. 942 of 2015 is dismissed.
