JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 421, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was working as office manager of Alkemist Township Limited and the informant; police officer went there and asked for relevant documents. The petitioner as well as other officials failed to produce the relevant documents of the concerned office. There is no allegation of defalcation of money in the present case, however, a separate case i.e. Town P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016 was registered against the petitioner and others for defalcation of amount of the concerned company. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of
