2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 2.7 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the cattle shed of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Name of petitioners transpired in the present case on the basis of disclosure made by local villagers. Nothing incriminating has

The alleged recovery has been made from the cattle shed which is situated outside the house of the petitioners and is accessible to one and all. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest / surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-II, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 255 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shahnawaz/- U T
