JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioners: "(I) To provide to the petitioners the pay scale of 9300-34800 & grade pay of Rs.4200/- in revised pay scale with effect from 01.04.2013 in as much as the persons similarly situated to the petitioners prior to the grant of this pay revision have been put in this scale and the petitioners have wrongly been put in the pay scale of 5200-20200/- and grade pay of Rs.1900/-.

(II) To hold that the petitioners have wrongly

It is further submitted that the representation of the petitioners i.e. Annexure-3 to the writ application is already pending before the Respondent No.4, i.e. The Special Director, Secondary Education, Department of Education, Bihar, Patna. The Respondent No.4, i.e. The Special Director, Secondary Education, Department of Education, Bihar, Patna is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
