Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered and except confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against him has already been completed.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25682 of 2016 (4) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
