30-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner committed torture and caused death of the daughter of the informant and her son due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. The petitioner was living separately. The husband of the deceased is already in custody. The petitioner is 60 years old and he is in custody since 23.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

However, learned counsel for the State and informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52508 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 have opposed the bail petition and submitted that it is case of death by burning of daughter of informant and her son and as per case diary, this petitioner was also involved in this double murder case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that petitioner was father-in-law of deceased aged about 60 years and husband of the deceased is already in custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021.
