Patna High Court CWJC No.6926 of 2014 dt.23-02-2016 authorities have deliberately removed the original of 'Appendix-A' from the application of the petitioner to disqualify her from the interview in connection with award of Kisan Seva Kendra of M/s. 4. Learned Senior Counsel Mr. K. D. Chatterjee appearing on behalf of Respondent Corporation opposes the writ petition, stating that the matter was enquired into, but the petitioner's complaint was found to be not substantiated. The original records containing the said photocopy with her attestation have also been produced for perusal of this Court.
