This is an application for regular bail in connection with Agam Kuan P. S. Case No. 440 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 12, 17, 18 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to outrage the modesty of the girl. It is submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.07.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Addl.
