Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner in inebriated condition gave a blow with iron rod at the head of the informant. Eye of the informant was also damaged. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2019. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rauta Police Station Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully
