2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant had withdrawn Rs. 1,80,000 from the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Kishanganj and the same was snatched by two unknown criminals.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. The petitioner is accused in 15 more cases of similar and serious nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
