JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 372 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant appears to have sustained grievous injury on his head said to be caused by the petitioner by iron rod. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least at this stage. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 371 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria stands rejected.
