There was burglary in the house of informant by the unknown criminals wherein thieves taken away the items so detailed therein. It is evident from para-52 of the case diary that one Laltus Chaudhary was apprehended who made inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement wherein name of petitioner also does finds place and on the basis thereof, subsequently, he has been apprehended though without any recovery. Accordingly, petitioner Raju Swarnkar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.1050/2015.
